ELYSIUM "The art of the STEADICAM"
This video explains the correct use of a Steadicam.
Steadicam: This is a brad of camera stabiliser mount for motion picture cameras. It mechanically isolates the camera from the operator's movement. It produces a smooth shot even when there is fast movement over an uneven surface.
